Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & age

The Service is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using Amora you represent and warrant that you are an adult, that you are accessing adult-oriented fictional content of your own free will, and that doing so is legal where you live. We may require age or identity verification at any time and may suspend access until it is completed.

2. The Service

Amora provides AI-generated companions for text conversation, image and short-video generation, and voice messages. All characters are fictional and depicted as adults. They are software-generated and are not real people. AI output is generated, may be inaccurate, and is provided for entertainment only; it is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at support [at] amora [dot] live of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use & prohibited content

You agree not to create, request, upload, or distribute, and not to use the Service to generate, any of the following. These rules are zero-tolerance and apply to text, images, video, and voice:

See our Content Policy for full details. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

• Anything involving minors. Content that depicts, sexualizes, or implies a person under 18 — real or fictional, including "age-play", youthful descriptors, school settings, or characters that appear underage — is strictly forbidden. We use automated and human review, block such activity, and report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities, with account termination.
• Non-consensual content involving real people. Do not create or upload the likeness, face, name, or voice of any real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. Deepfakes, revenge content, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or trafficking.
• Extreme gore, terrorism, self-harm promotion, or incitement to violence.
• Hateful content targeting protected groups; harassment, stalking, doxxing, or threats.
• Illegal goods or services, malware, fraud, scraping, or attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Reselling generated content as if produced by a real person, or any use that misrepresents the fictional nature of the characters.

5. User content & license

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your inputs and the resulting outputs as needed to provide and improve the Service and to enforce these Terms and safety obligations. You are responsible for your inputs and for ensuring you have the rights to submit them.

6. Credits, payments & subscriptions

• Text chat is free within applicable limits. Image, video, and voice generation consume credits. Subscriptions (Plus, Pro) grant monthly credits and premium features.
• Credits are a license to use Service features, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable once used, except where required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future periods. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
• Billing appears under a neutral, discreet descriptor. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly.

7. Intellectual property

The Amora name, logo, software, character catalog, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, you may use content you generate for your personal, lawful purposes; commercial use may require an eligible plan. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the Service or our IP except as expressly permitted.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for hosting, AI model inference, payment processing, and analytics. Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations. Characters are fictional and cannot form real relationships or give real-world advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amora and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or to protect users and the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting legal [at] amora [dot] live. Where permitted, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
