Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital goods

Amora sells digital content and access: credits and prepaid Plus or Pro access. Because these are delivered instantly, credits are non-refundable once used and access already provided is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. Prepaid access

• Plus and Pro access is purchased for 1, 3, or 12 months and does not renew automatically.
• Your account shows the access expiry date. You can buy another package when you want to continue.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a started billing period, except where required by law.

3. When we do issue refunds

We will review and, where appropriate, refund:

Unused, never-redeemed credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase at our discretion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

• Unauthorized charges — a payment you did not make or authorize.
• Duplicate charges or a clear billing error on our side.
• Technical failure — you were charged for credits or a feature that the Service failed to deliver and we cannot resolve.
• Cases where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants a refund right.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing [at] amora [dot] live from your account email with the date, amount, and reason. We respond within ~24–48 hours and resolve most cases quickly. Please contact us before opening a chargeback — chargebacks are slower for you and we can usually fix the issue directly.

5. Billing descriptor

Charges appear on your statement under a neutral, discreet descriptor that does not reveal the nature of the Service. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it.

6. Abuse of refunds

Repeated refund or chargeback abuse, or refunds requested after substantial use of paid features, may result in account suspension.
