Content & Moderation Policy

1. Everyone and everything is fictional and adult

All characters on Amora are computer-generated, fictional, and depicted as adults aged 18 or older. They are not real people. AI output is generated for entertainment and is not a depiction of any real individual or event.

2. Zero tolerance — minors

We have absolute zero tolerance for any content that depicts, sexualizes, describes, or implies a minor. This includes:

We use automated filters at input and output, plus human review. Attempts to generate such content are blocked, accounts are terminated, and apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent authorities.

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving a person under 18, real or fictional.
• Characters, descriptions, or imagery that appear childlike or underage, "age-play", or settings/props intended to evoke minors.

3. Zero tolerance — real, non-consenting people

• Do not create or upload the face, likeness, name, or voice of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• No deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, "revenge" content, or impersonation of real individuals.

4. Other prohibited content

• Non-consent themes presented as real, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, or trafficking.
• Extreme gore, terrorism, or promotion of self-harm.
• Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, or content targeting protected groups.
• Illegal activity, or content that violates the rules of our payment or infrastructure partners.

5. How moderation works

• Input filtering: prompts are screened; disallowed requests are refused before generation.
• Output classification: generated media is checked; disallowed output is blocked and can be queued for human review.
• Human review & logging: flagged events are reviewed; we keep moderation logs to improve safety and meet legal obligations.
• Age assurance: 18+ confirmation is required, and additional age verification may be required to access certain features.

6. Reporting & takedowns

If you encounter content that violates this policy or your rights, report it to abuse [at] amora [dot] live. We review reports promptly. Copyright owners may submit DMCA notices to the same address; we remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, loss of credits, feature restrictions, and suspension or permanent termination of your account, with reports to authorities where required.

8. Record-keeping (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Because all sexually themed content on Amora is computer-generated and involves no real human performers, the federal record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply. See our § 2257 Exemption Statement for details.
