18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This statement concerns compliance with the U.S. federal record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 as they relate to amora.live ("Amora").
No real human performers
All visual and textual content made available on Amora that depicts adult or sexually themed material is computer-generated and fictional. It is produced by artificial-intelligence models and does not depict any real human being. No actual person, and no actual sexually explicit conduct by any real person, is portrayed.
Why § 2257 does not apply
The record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 apply to depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct. Because Amora's content contains no real performers and no actual sexually explicit conduct by real persons, it falls outside the scope of those requirements. Every character is fictional and is depicted as an adult aged 18 or older.
User-submitted content
Users may not upload, or use the Service to create, depictions of real, identifiable persons without consent. Any user-provided material is subject to our Content Policy and Terms of Service. To the extent any content involving a real person were ever submitted in violation of these rules, the submitting user, not Amora, is the producer responsible for any applicable records, and such content is prohibited and removed.
Zero tolerance for minors
Amora strictly prohibits any content that depicts, sexualizes, or implies a minor. We employ automated and human moderation, terminate offending accounts, and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent authorities.
